This oil is made from handpicked olives that are cold pressed within 24hrs at a local cooperative oil press in Loreto Aprutino (PE), Abruzzo, using the Dritta variety of olives. The taste of this oil is balanced, fruity and intense, meaning it is suitable when used for either a dressing or for cooking, such as shallow frying or marinades.
